Lucky 200 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lucky 200 ("Lucky 200", "the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the Lucky 200 website, games, betting services, promotions, and any related features accessible through the platform.

2 Eligibility

To use Lucky 200, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or organisation.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of Lucky 200, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Lucky 200 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the platform may restrict or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access Lucky 200's games, betting markets, and other features, you must create an account by completing the registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and valid payment details.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on Lucky 200. Creating multiple accounts – whether using the same identity or different identities – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended. Any winnings, bonuses, or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Lucky 200 will never ask you to share your password with any member of staff or through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the Lucky 200 support team immediately.

Any activity that takes place through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you. Lucky 200 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that arises due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification

Lucky 200 may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits & Payments

Lucky 200 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• Lucky 200 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank as applicable.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. Contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect deposit has been made.
• Lucky 200 reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method at its discretion, particularly where there is reason to suspect fraud or money laundering.

Currency

All account balances, bets, and transactions are displayed and processed in PKR. There are no foreign currency conversions on Lucky 200. What you deposit is what appears in your account balance, subject to any promotional matching that may apply.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to your original payment method where possible.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet been fully verified, your withdrawal may be held until verification is complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are listed in the cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified method in your own name.
• Lucky 200 reserves the right to conduct additional checks before releasing withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and security measure.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the requested withdrawal amount automatically.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky 200 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited at the platform's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your balance have been exhausted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering structure.

Bonus Abuse

Lucky 200 monitors account activity to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or exploiting promotional terms in a way not intended by the platform. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance removed and its account suspended.

7 Games & Betting Rules

Lucky 200 offers casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, bingo, and fast-format games including crash and dice. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface.

General Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes managed by a live dealer in a professional studio environment.
• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform provides an explicit feature allowing it (such as cash-out on sports bets).
• In the event of a technical error during a game round – including disconnection, system fault, or software malfunction – the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed server-side state of the game. Lucky 200 is not liable for losses arising from interruptions on the player's side, including network issues.
• Sports betting markets are subject to standard sports betting rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or declared void will be settled according to the applicable sporting rules at the time.
• Lucky 200 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed due to an obvious pricing error. Players will be notified and any stake will be returned.

Cricket & PSL Betting

Cricket betting, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, international T20 fixtures, and test matches, is available on the Lucky 200 sportsbook. Standard cricket betting rules apply. In-play markets close automatically once the relevant event status changes. Lucky 200 does not accept responsibility for bets placed based on incorrect or outdated information.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Lucky 200. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and will be voided.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information, age, or documentation during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Lucky 200 platform, its games, or its underlying technology.
• Sharing your account with another person or using another person's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward Lucky 200 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

Lucky 200 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it starts to feel like something else – if you are chasing losses, spending more than you intended, or finding it hard to stop – that is a signal to step back.

The platform provides self-management tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and the ability to request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. These tools are available from within your account settings. We encourage all players to use them proactively rather than reactively.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Lucky 200 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons include but are not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious betting patterns, or evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Lucky 200 support team. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonuses) will be processed as a final withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

If an account is closed by Lucky 200 for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Lucky 200 will communicate its decision and the reasoning to the account holder.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky 200 platform – including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements – is the intellectual property of Lucky 200 or its content licensors. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without prior written permission.

The Lucky 200 name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary marks. Use of these marks in any context – commercial or otherwise – without authorisation is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

Lucky 200 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• Lucky 200 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from technical faults, connectivity issues, or game interruptions.
• Lucky 200 is not liable for losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including transaction delays or failures on the part of JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banking partners.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky 200's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Online gaming involves real financial risk. Lucky 200 strongly encourages all players to manage their gaming budgets responsibly. The platform accepts no responsibility for financial hardship resulting from gaming activity on the platform.

13 Privacy

Lucky 200 will never sell your personal data to unrelated third parties. Data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash and Easypaisa is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction.

14 Changes to These Terms

Lucky 200 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of the Lucky 200 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
